phased build-out of a 4,000 square foot, 7-chair orthodontics office
at main level and a 1,500 square foot professional office at 2nd
level The project includes a complete structural retrofitting and
redesign of building exterior and site. Solar consideration included
various sun-shading elements, deeply inset windows, solar glazing,
and skylights.
