gum’s mall

We were hired by the owner’s representative to address plan check corrections for this project. We handled the plan check corrections, health department submittal, ADA compliance, and fire department submittals. Project scope: convert a portion of Gum’s Mall of Antiques to a coffee shop/café called, “The Local Co.”. Proposed kitchen on the 1st floor and office space mezzanine within the existing antique store. Open patio and improved parking area included in the scope. Coffee shop is approximately 2,000 square feet and proposed open patio is approximately 500 square feet.
