SWARTHMORE
Reconstruction of a two-story single-family residence in the Pacific Palisades, re-envisioned in a bold Brutalist architectural style. The rebuild emphasizes strong geometric forms, exposed materials, and sculptural massing that define the home’s contemporary character. The design includes a spacious roof deck, providing elevated outdoor living and panoramic views while integrating seamlessly with the structure’s striking Brutalist aesthetic.
Below are renderings of the current schematic design for this entertainer’s dream home.
