SILVERLAKE SPANISH
Located on a hillside lot, “Silverlake Spanish” was developed and designed to showcase the beauty of its location. With a top floor main layout that includes a bonus room, the expansive views maximize natural lighting and allows for natural ventilation.
The interior space was designed in a Scandinavian style with a contemporary Spanish twist and French touches featuring warm wood floors and carved beams. This simple and elegant design maximizes quality of living through fresh function and composition.
Above: Red concrete steps lead to a quaint courtyard, perfect for casual conversation and intimate gatherings. Natural elements connect the space to the calming greenery in the surrounding of this “Silverlake Spanish” jewel.
Left: Second floor living area allows maximized natural lighting and illumination in this entertainment space. Exposed custom Spanish styled beams contrast beautifully with the Scandinavian design that was blended into this room. Nature views are the added bonus to this living space.
Above: Decadent galley kitchen encompasses endless function for culinary creation. Wood flooring contrasts with sleek décor to complete this chef-d’oeuvre.
